"AssignedTo (disabled)" on assigning to User

Hi All,

When i am assigning a bug to a user using  "AssignedTo" permission then i am getting "AssignedTo (disabled)" . While for other user i am not getting the same message.

How to rectify?

Dear,

Please check "Global Attribute -> User Attribute -> AssignedTo -> Base permission".
The base permission should be "Edit" in default.
Means that role without "Edit" permission is invalid to be assigned.
Reconfigure your Role's permissions or User's role to assign that user again.
