"Bad key or directory name..." occured when blanking DVD+RW media

Hi,
I issued a blanking cmd "cdrecord dev=/dev/sr1 blank=fast > stdout.txt" in SLES10, an error diag popped up with msg:
"An error occurred while loading or saving configuration information for gnome-volume-manager.
Some of your configuration settings may not work properly.
Bad key or directory name: "/system/storage/default_options//mount_options":
Can't have two slashes (/) in a row"
But the media could be blanked successfully.
Contents in stdout.txt told "......Operation starts../cdrecord: Cannot blank DVD+RW media with non Ricoh based drive.
Running pad based emulation to blank the medium.
secsize 2048 padbytes 2048000 padblocks 1000 maxblocks 2295104
Track 00:    0 of    1 MB pad written."
The burner I used is Sony DRX-830UL.
Any workaround to cover this issue? Thx

You seem to have a problem with a bug in gnome. Please make a bug report
against gnome.

Just as you said, for some reason gnome-volume-manager was called after cdrecord finishes blanking the media and it didn't behave correctly in SLES10, I finally got the workaround... for your reference:
1.Start "gnome-volume-properties"
2.Select the tab "Storage"
3.In the area of "Removable Storage", unselect "Mount removable media when inserted"
May this will help~~~Thx anyway :)

This is correct, on Linux "hald" acts in a non-friendly way that harms
CD/DVD/BD writing.
