hey there,

I just installed Banshee 1.5.1-1~hyper1~jaunty using the repos (http://ppa.launchpad.net/banshee-team/ppa/ubuntu).
Now when I try to start Banshee I get a fatal error with the description attached below.

I previously used Banshee 1.4.3 which I had compiled from source. I removed it before installing the new version.

I'm running Ubuntu 9.04, Kernel 2.6.28-15.

Do you have any idea what might be the problem?
I'm grateful for any help.
cheers!

Hello.

This is a Mono.Addins bug. Try to delete addins database folder (I think this is in ~/.config/banshee/addin-db-001 but I haven't tested it).

I deleted the folder you mentioned and now it works.
Thanks a lot. You made my day!
