"No protocol" error

[rus86]

Hi all!!! I run start-demo file, and get the following error:
BUILD FAILED
Error reading project file D:\Progi\Java
яЁюуЁрьь√\AtLeap\atleap-0.53\build.xml:
 no protocol: properties.xml

Please help me!!!
