I have an LG EnV running on Vista. I need to back up my calendar entries.
BitPim worked yesterday. It had no problem recognizing the phone and I was able to get my calendar data into BitPim.
Last night it developed this problem: when I go to make a choice on the all/refresh page, the "ok" is grayed out, in both the get data from phone choices and the send to phone choices.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both 1.01 and prior versions. I even tried system restore hoping that it would help. No improvement so far.
Now I'm getting an error message that the entry point for
BitPim.exe is not found and I am unable to delete some Bitpim files that may be interfering with a new download.
I have searched these forums and online generally and have not seen this type of error.
