Today, we release a new version of sctpDrv:
An implementation of SCTP for 32bit Windows XP/Vista.
This new version is available at:
http://www.co-conv.jp/en/product/sctpDrv/20081224/Since the last release, we have carried out many improvements.
The highlight of this release is supporting almost all of the
API in SCTP socket API draft.
