"Who's using it" action broken?FYI, the "Who's using it link" at http://www.globalize-rails.org/pages/community appears to currently be routing to the :new action of the resource instead of the :index See attached screen shot -- Dav Yaginuma |

Re: "Who's using it" action broken?Hi Dav,
thanks for the heads up. Actually, this is correct. That Globalize site is a wiki and the page in question does not exist. Therefor you get the form to create a new page. The reason why the page is missing is that after Stikipad died silently I had to scrape the Globalize doc contents manually from archive.org and the Google archive. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find this very page anywhere (which is double anoying because that's been information I can't reconstruct myself). Re: "Who's using it" action broken?Hi Sven,
found this slightly outdated archive from Feb 2008, which might help to reconstruct the said page: http://web.archive.org/web/20070210091403/www.globalize-rails.org/ globalize/show/Globalized-Powered+Sites using the Waypack Machine ;-) http://www.archive.org/index.php Greetings, Juergen On Jun 13, 2008, at 6:16 PM, Sven Fuchs wrote: > Hi Dav, > > thanks for the heads up. > > Actually, this is correct. Re: "Who's using it" action broken?Ah, yes. I didn't read the form closely enough. Too bad that collection was lost. I'm really curious what sites have done well with Globalize. On Fri, Jun 13, 2008 at 2:16 PM, Sven Fuchs <svenfuchs@...> wrote: Hi Dav, -- Dav Yaginuma |

Re: "Who's using it" action broken? Thanks, man.
I've updated that page from the link you gave. I had tried archive.org a couple of times but for some pages I always got errors. Good to know that it was only temporary. Without wayback machine we really would have been screwed with the Stikipad desaster.
