"hello world" in pluto?

Can anyone point or tell me how to create a "hello world" portlet and deploy it to Pluto?

Ron,
I put HelloWorldPortlet.war at  http://people.apache.org/~cdoremus/pluto/. Upload it and use the Admin Portlet App (Admin link) to deploy the portlet to your local instance of Pluto 1.0.1 RC3 or RC4.
