"release candidate 3" ES5 draft

A new ES5 draft is available at the usual place http://wiki.ecmascript.org/doku.php?id=es3.1:es3.1_proposal_working_draft

The doc file contains markup info that you can view and there is a pdf that also shows the markup since last week’s version. Note that the markup is only relative to the previous release candidate.

This version is the 3rd release candidate. The only changes since the Sept. 31 draft are:

Step 3 in  11.4.1 (Delete operator)  that now throws SyntaxError in strict mode for unresolved references.

Steps 7-8 of 15.9.5.44 (Date.prototype.toJSON) were eliminated because toJSON results haven’t been limited to primitive values for a long time.

In coming issues seem to be slowing down, so hopefully I can release this  tomorrow to TC39 as the final approval draft.
