'exit' generates unhandled exception traceback

The 'exit' statement now appears to generate an unhandled exception, and therefore a full traceback in the output window, rather than a normal program halt. I believe this appeared when I installed the latest ruby-debug-ide, 0.3.4

Is this intentional, or should I file it as an issue?
