(LIFE) Problems with Google Blogger and web albums in China

In the spring I experienced problems with access to Google and Gmail in
China, but now fortunately things are better. However now I cannot access any of these websites:  

http://picasaweb.google.com/home?tab=cq ;
http://googlephotos.blogspot.com/ ,
http://www.blogger.com/ .

As a result I cannot access my blog. YouTube is still blocked. Is the war between China and Google expanding or is it a temporary condition that I cannot open the above sites?

Testing from Fujian, the Picasa one worked fine, but the others did not.

I think it has more to do with the "out west" issues a few months back, rather than Google per se.

Testing from Nanjing, I cannot open my web albums on
http:///picasaweb.google.com/woods233 .   My friends in California can open it.  Can anybody in China????

I can't view Picassa either. I'll try a proxy server. That's how I've been accessing blogger for months.

Yes, I found my Beijing and Guangdong friends couldn't get to Picasaweb
today either... or my Dreamhost galleries. They could get to flickr though
so that's where I am posting my pictures today. Tomorrow....Who knows if it
is political or economic?

Access to Google Blogger was closed down many months ago. Access to some photo sites was closed in early 2008 (or maybe before).

Is anyone having trouble accessing their Google Groups sites in the past week?
