(Orphaned?) bug tracker at rubyforge.org?

The Sup Gitorious homepage (http://gitorious.org/sup) mentions a Ditz
bugtracker at sup.rubyforge.org, which seems to be orphaned since 2008,
though. This is in contrast to the Sup homepage, which says to report
bugs to this mailing list, sup-talk.

If the bug tracker is not to be acticely used any longer, shouldn't it
be removed from the Sup Gitorious page?

Definitely should if that is the intention.  Is it?

Why use this list to track bugs in the first place?
