I know that there has been some positive responses to the recent Koner release but I wanted to add my high praise for this CD. Dark parts throughout the journey, densely layered yet I felt it never quite went off the edge with Koner pulling in some beautiful underlying deep and stretched bass inter spaced with tonal shifts and urban / conversational top layers that just plain worked brilliantly. I felt I was in some Eastern European city shifting around the streets and in an out of buildings with a draw towards the city central square and the next minute somewhere else struggling to pin point the location exactly. I understand that the coordinates used as titles will pin point locations but I have not checked these out preferring to strain my ear to get an idea of location and enjoy the subtle shifts and nuances that this disc produces. Very mature, not a hint of anything over done, this has to rank as one of my favourite releases so far this year. A long time waiting I know especially for Koner heads but for those that do not yet have a copy hurry up and get a release that represents some of the best our genre produces.
Cheers,

Yes, this is a great album indeed (in my opinion ALL of Köner's album rank to the very best in genre).

The bad news is that this is released in only 600 copies so I guess it's probably sold out already,

Here's my review + sample track:
