One way is to locate the cities and provinces you prefer and then write a letter of interest with your resume addressed to those universities in those cities. You can find school names and addresses by doing research online and in research libraries. Also post the same letter and resume to the Provincial Education Department in your choices and ask what positions are available. If you don't have street addresses/numbers just put the information you know such as the name, city, and province. The Chinese postal system seems to work well with these letters written in English and manage to get them to the right locations even without all the necessary information.
There are always openings within several departments at Fu Jian Teachers University, Fu Zhou City, Fu Jian Province as well as other schools in the same city and province such as Fu Zhou University, Min Jiang University, The Agricultural University, The Traditional Medical University, The Fu Jian Medical University, and Fu Zhou Teacher's College.
