Satina, here in Zhengzhou I have always had to present originals.
Yes, there is a new department that issues the FEC, it is no longer
issued by the Provincial FAO as previously. It is not issued by the
Foreign Experts Office. (Presume that that will become the FEO!)
That has been like that here for over a year.
