I'm surprised you haven't received 30 million of these "confirmation ticket" emails, all from different people.

This is a way to get your private information and then use it to steal from you.

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT REPLYING

Just a side note:  Many attempts at theft now have links to a website.  Once you link to the website, a program can be downloaded to your computer that collects your information.  In many cases, you don't have to do anything but go to the website for this to be possible.
