Hi,
This is yet another small bugfix and enhancement patch for the MTK logger devices.

Bugfixes:
 - Detect Holux GR245 in a more reliable way
 - Handle bitmask bits > 19 in a controller way,
   this outputs a warning running testo... is that ok ?
 - Binary parser fix when logitem is written but '*'-crc
   is still 0xff due to power off.
 - Cleanups in the debug/verbose handling.

Enhancement:
 - New 'erase_only' option.  It will erase log-data  without
   doing any download from the device.

This looks pretty good, and I've added it, but please do consider whacking the warning during testo.   It's your call whether to special case it, move it to a debug message, or pick some other action, but please do follow up with a tweak for that.

Also, a few sentences describing the new option for xmldoc/formats/options/would be welcome.   I can help with the docbook if you can describe why this option is useful, typical usage, etc.
