Hello out there! I would like to ask whether anyone knows any easy test to verify thiolination of oligonucleotides. It turns out to be that I use thionilated oligos for my experiments and sometimes I have trouble and this seems to be a synthesis problem (i.e. the thionilation reaction of the oligos was not complete). Thanks a lot in advance.
