Dear support

 

I use mxit on pidgin and I sorted everyone in groups now one of my groups display 31 contacts but I counted it over and over again, there is only 28 contacts. And I enabled show offline contacts. The 28 contacts is everyone in that group including the offline contacts. What is going on there? I have that problem in two of my groups.

Do you use other IM’s besides MXit in Pidgin? If you have the same group name in another IM those contacts will fall in the same group. If you are not logged in with that IM the contacts will be counted in the group, but you will not be able to see those contacts until you login with the other IM as well.
