This is the iText mailing list. Topics here are related to development with (and sometimes of) the iText library. You downloaded iText as a jar file, and its use and install process in netbeans are no different from any other Java library. Therefore, your question is totally off-topic on this list, and you will find out that you'll get faster and better answers by having a look at the netbeans documentation, or if not successful (which I doubt), by asking a the netbeans users mailing list.
