(teach) adults learning like children (was Bedtime stories)

I saw a Leads Kindy nr Shenzhen airport, in Montessori style or perhaps a
franchise ?, where each huge classroom has a corner with a dining table
and appropriate stuff, a set of toy kitchen stuff and more (I forget all
but I've got some photos).
The teacher, Montessori trained, talks to the kids in English 8 hours a
day. Kindy kids are heard asking each other questions in English, outside
of class.
I got the impression the hardware was all ordered as a job lot but it
should be easy enough to find suitable toy models in most big Chinese
cities.
