I have been and it works very well for me. If EAC didn't work my plan was to
install XP on my new computer. Vista is optional. EAC is mandatory. I mainly
ended up with Vista because it was cheaper, but I like it and it's no more
buggy than XP.
System: Vista 64-bit, Intel Q9300 quad-processor, 8GB RAM.
I have used it both with a SATA DVD-R drive and two added IDE Plextor CD-R
and DVD-R drives through a PCI card.
