How do I create a ringout report in Troop Master?

Do not quite know what a ringout report is, but if you need a backup record
of all the data TM has, try File/Export and use the Ascii template options.
It is data base format and you can open with Excel.

Hope that is what you are looking for.

FYI, excel opens the txt files, you then highlight the one column of jumbled
data, select Data / text to column/ delimited / by comma/, and you have a
data spreadsheet all done.  I think.

Or.....you can add the '.csv' to the end of the file name when you are exporting it, and when you open the file with Excel, it automatically seperates the data into columns.

When we are asked for the "ringout report" in our district, it is just a current roster they are wanting.  We just send the pdf roster file to the person requesting it.
