I have been thretened for disciplinary actions on my language when i have sought information on corruption and explined how it happened and why they escaped . What are the options for me a writ or a CIC appeal under threat to life and liberty.
 
 
How does noe address CIC appeal under threat to life and liberty.

Dear Vikram

1) I have assisted / represented many people (at CIC) who have been threatened for their intemperate language. Usually they have been charge-sheeted too subsequently.

2) In my experience, any neutral observer would conclude that the language used was actually intemperate / abusive.

3) It was not at all easy to ensure that no harm was caused to such applicants.

4) Please avoid Writs unless you have honest and competent counsel.
