Update, I just spoke to the guys at the Dojo Foundation and they are setting us up with a VM on their servers which will allow us complete control. The plan is in the coming weeks we will be pushing our website as well as the demo apps to the VM. That will be followed by setting up a Maven Repo and setting up rsynch with central.

We don't have access to a remote repository server that has rsync so we cannot automatically sync up with the central repo. Doing this manually is time consuming and I apologize but it has not been a top priority. It is on the radar though.
