Summary: Show players how they are seen by server
Initial Comment:
This patch changes commands.cxx to display playerlist
information of the one player that requested it if he
has no perm to see it from other players. He will only
see his own informations.
That way he can find out whether he uses UDP when he
has really high ping times for example (it shows "udp+"
when a player uses UDP).
