Summary: bellow of windows maximised isn't in below of screen

I use xrandr (I don't think that's is xinerama !) :
alias ecran='xrandr --output VGA1 --mode 1280x1024 --pos 0x0 --output LVDS1
--pos 1280x204'
I have a problem when I maximise the window. The bellow of the windows
maximised isn't in the below of the screen ! I can manualy more maximaze the
window.
