Summary: Cannot play files whose names have a "#"
Initial Comment:
kaffeine can't play files whose names contain a "#" or files that are in dirs whose name contains a "#".
$ mkdir 'foo#bar'
$ copy /path/to/some/file.mpg 'foo#bar'
$ cd 'foo#bar'
$ kaffeine file.mpg
...results in an error message saying:
The specified file or url was not found. Please check it. (../foo)
Note that the trailing '#bar/file.mpg' is missing from the message. xine-ui has no problem playing such files.
Ditto "kaffeine some#file.mpg".

This appears to be a xine-lib issue; upgrading to 1.1.9 fixes it.

This is extremely annoying since it's so simple to fix (is it?), and has
been in Kaffeine as long as I remember. Please fix this!
