Summary: CVS links in SF project and HTML pages busted

http://leaf.sourceforge.net/devel/ and
http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=13751 both list
different URLs for the location of the cvs repository,
by way of the viewvc start page.
Both of them are wrong, for a page cannot be found at
either address.
