Summary: Search / Show Attributes must be lowercase
Initial Comment:
Searching works correctly only if field "Show Attributes" is filled witch lower case.
With default value "cn, sn, uid, postalAddress, telephoneNumber" it displays only cn, sn, uid.
If I type "cn, sn, uid, postaladdress, telephonenumber" all is O.K.
To produce error you can use
http://wurley.demo.phpldapadmin.org/php5-1.2 then search and Search and on page "o=Simpsons" no Telephone is displayed.
