Initial Comment:
I have invested time and money (to buy one) and here it is: long awaited driver for ptz module of Logitech Sphere AF USB camera. Attached patch adds new driver into ptz directory, it also contains one header file from guvcview GPL'ed application written by Paulo Assis. This driver provides ptz interface only and can be safely used together with camerauvc driver, they can both operate at the same time (in the same or separate Player instance - both cases are allowed)
