Summary: CPD ignore literals Vs number of token

Initial Comment:
when ignoring literals, cpd divides the duplicated bloc at each ignored literals.
Then the number of token  combinated with ignoring literals can lead to unidentified duplicated code

In the attached file, duplications of 15 and 10 tokens are found ignoring the litterals (ie size=8 vs 9). Then if you use a number of token of 20, cpd finds nothing !
For my point of view, the duplicated bloc is 25 tokens long.
