 Change the spellchecker to hunspell on the windows version (on other
 platforms this handled by gtkspell).

 Hunspell is a famous spellchecker used by Mozilla products (firefox,
 thunderbird) and OpenOffice.org.

 The language support is much better than others.

Comment:

 We're never going to use hunspell directly (it just doesn't make sense for
 us to have to do that).

 As of 2.7.0, the plan is to upgrade to a newer version of !GtkSpell, which
 uses Enchant to provide spellchecking support (and supports using
 Hunspell).
