#10661: Please truncate long last messages in tooltips

In buddy tooltips, long last messages are currently only truncated if the
tooltip grows to the size of the screen. This means that useful
information (e.g. other accounts) is invisible, if, as in my case, the
long message is the last sent from the first account grouped under a
particular buddy.
I suggest that the "previous message" be abbreviated quite severely, say
to a couple of lines or so, so that there's a better chance that the rest
of the tooltip will fit on the screen.
I'd argue that this is in fact a defect, since it makes the tooltips much
less useful when this problem occurs!
