New description:
When I have many IRC tabs on the side, they often look like this for
channels with similar names:
#opensuse-... (#opensuse-gnome)
#opensuse-... (#opensuse-project)
#opensuse-... (#opensuse-factory)
It's hard to see which channel is which. The attached patch makes the
tabs show a tooltip when they are ellipsized.
