--------------------------------------+------------------------------------- Reporter: dimafogo | Owner: MarkDoliner Type: defect | Status: new Component: ICQ | Version: 2.6.2 Keywords: icq incoming fails 2.6.2 | --------------------------------------+------------------------------------- After updating my Ubuntu from 8.10 to 9.10 I'm not receiving any incoming ICQ messages whereas the "user is typing..." notification still appears when a contact is typing in some text. Outgoing msgs are sent out and delivered to a remote users without any errors. ''>>Was the IM associated with the debug messages you pasted very short'' Yep I used short strings of 3..10 characters. I've just tried sending some larger IMs (20..100 chars and even more) and they were rejected in the same way.
