 Windows 7 with a brand new install of pidgin 2.6.3 with guifications 2.16.
 With Guifications enabled, if a pop-up is supposed to occur, pidgin
 crashes.

 Does
 [http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/binaries/win32/dependencies/fontconfig_2.7.3-1_win32.zip
 fontconfig 2.7.3] work any better?

 This should probably be reported to the guifications tracker, not here but
 I guess it doesn't really matter all that much.

 The fontconfig 2.7.3 extracted into the GTK folder cause the Guifications
 plugin option to disappear from Pidgin.
