I have 2 other MSN accounts that also work fine. It was working not too long ago. When I try to connect, it just sticks at "Connecting" and never actually completes the connection, it seems. It does not give me any errors or warnings. My password is correct, I have double and triple checked. I tried using the same version of Pidgin on another computer (just to see if it was any specific configuration problems with my computer) and I remain unable to connect. It continues spinning it's wheels (figure of speech, the icon spinning besides Connecting sticks and does not continue spinning). I ran it for longer and attached the log, but it seems to just sit after that point. What I can't figure out is that he had a buddy with a mangled address in WLM, which he deleted. This same mangled address still shows up in Pidgin's debug log as not known about by the server, even after I close WLM after deleting it and then edit the blist.xml file to remove all entries containing the broken address. Opening WLM again shows that this contact is no longer displayed. Not sure if this could be relevant. The problem reoccurred once I was back at my normal residence, however. My original abyss@voidinput is fixed, however my abyssblackrose@gmail is still not working.
