Resumen: #1688 - Show Attachment Date in Attachments Window, also in history
When you see a tracker, you can see the list of attached files, but not the date of the attachments, It would be great to be able to see the attached date. (ie if you need to upload a file, to check which version is newer)
also, the history page don't show any entry regarding the attachments, it should shown a line for each attachment like
Date User Atthacment File Name Added or Deleted
also the notification should list the files attached on this modification.

Verified still not implemented in 1.6
Still a valid Feature Request for me.
