Is there any way to send emails to user defined on the mail handling section and have it to automaticly create a ticket assigned to a Tracker Queue based on the subject of the email ?
Like:
if the subject has the word SERVICE would create a ticket on the Service Tracker Queue
if the subject has the word SALES would create a ticket on the Sales Tracker Queue
