[67cat] [ruby] Ruby file detection broken after Features on Demand activation

Hey,

after installing RC3 ("All" distro) I opened a Ruby file (.rb) from the
Favorites window (no project opened). The Features on Demand dialog
appeared and installed Ruby support.
However, the Ruby file was not recognized (no code completion, no syntax
highlighting, ..).
It worked after restarting the IDE so this does not seem like a major
issue but I guess it might be a problem that exists beyond Ruby activation.
