[68cat] [debugger] Toolbar becomes double height

Always, when I start a debug session, the toolbar increases to double height.
Does anyone else experience this behaviour ?

Is it placing a new toolbar on the screen, or is it the same toolbars,  
but the debug toolbar doubles in size?  I had the second during  
netcat65 or netcat67.  I'm sure I submitted it as a bug back then.

I don't remember the solution.  Sorry.

Screenshot just came through.  It looks like a stuck setting on  
toolbars where if debugger runs, toolbars are set to specific  
places.   This happened to me once when I switched from a small window  
with multiple lines in my toolbar, to a maximized IDE, then closed  
nb.  When I reopened it, the bars kept returning to the double height  
until I got them in place Nd closed the IDE again.

Hmm, no luck reproducing this. Though I remember seeing this about half
a year ago in a 6.7 trunk build.

Does this happen also with a clean userdir? According to the issue log
it could be an issue of some imported settings.

Yes, I have it also with clean userdir, but i have imported settings.
