[68cat] Favorites view regression

I just realized why time after time my HD just works like crazy. When I open my Favorites view and I have folder at some VCS, any one as Mercurial, CVS or Subversion, the IDE starts the scan to look for changes. So, I have several folders in this scenarious as NB and Hudson repositories. So, this operation can take hours, since this repositories are remote as well huge. In 6.7 it just doesn't happen since looks like this scan is not recursive [1]. This regression makes Favorites unusable probably for many of you.
