Hello!

Bug submission form wraps lines too short. Lines in bugzilla are much
longer, so it's hard to communicate one-line-patches (e.g. #174972, a
small javadoc correction) as they're less readable.

I have fixed this. Now the description field is 120 columns wide instead of only 70.

There was a long discussion some time ago, so I never had the heart to ask for more columns 2nd time:

Happy to see this after long time. Now netcat form is larger than normal form. :-D

No. I've even counted how much letters I could fill into one line of the
"normal" form: 122!
