 When I join a Yahoo conference, everything runs fine for the first five
 minutes (or first 100+ messages) or so, after which my messages stop being
 displayed. I can see what everyone else in the conference says, I just
 can't see what I say, and it doesn't show up in logs either.

 This error started showing up a few days ago, when I was using 2.5.7.
 Upgrading to 2.5.8 failed to change anything. As far as I know, it only
 affects my Yahoo conferences, not my IRC or MSN.

New description:

 When I join a Yahoo conference, everything runs fine for the first five
 minutes (or first 100+ messages) or so, after which my messages stop being
 displayed. I can see what everyone else in the conference says, I just
 can't see what I say, and it doesn't show up in logs either. Furthermore,
 from that point onwards, I cannot join or create any other conferences.

 I emailed the logs to the address provided. Hope that helps.

 Also, clarification on the "Furthermore, from that point onwards, I cannot
 join or create any other conferences" statement--apparently I can "join"
 and "create" conferences, but if I join any I cannot see what anyone says
 in it at all, and if I create a conference none of the partipants I invite
 ever receive the invitation.

 Here are the issues, invitation from a specific person "dropped". Can you
 check if this person isn't blocked due to some privacy settings. Maybe
 blocked, maybe not in the buddy list when you have chosen to allow only
 buddies. Check Tools > Privacy > your yahoo account. Also make sure in
 account settings, in advanced tab that you have unchecked ignoring
 invitations. You probably have since initially you receive invitations
 from a different buddy.[[BR]]

 Issue regarding conference splitting up: I resolved this yesterday for
 some other ticket.[[BR]]

 For not receiving any invitation and not being able to see your own
 messages after 100+ lines, debug log doesn't say you actually receive any
 packets (invitations), apart from the one blocked. Also when you created
 conference, log says you didn't receive any packet indicating that your
 friends joined the conference. There is some issue, will have to get some
 packet capture by reproducing this bug. Time for me to invite my friends,
 tell them "we are being logged" , and wait for Pidgin to show its
 personality. :P

 Hmm, blocking doesn't seem likely 'cause I used to be able to receive
 invitations from that particular buddy. I'll test it again some other
 time, maybe I accidentally changed something.

 Well I wouldn't have received any indication that they joined the
 conference, because they didn't receive any conference invitations from
 me. I don't suppose the log shows if I send out invitations? But thanks
 for fixing the splitting bug, though.

 And remember, big brother is watching you :P.
