[ANNOUNCE] Apache Felix SCR version 1.2.0 Released

The Felix team is pleased to announce the release of Apache Felix
SCR version 1.2.0.

The Apache Felix SCR is an implementation of the OSGi Declarative
Services Specification 1.1 (part of OSGi Compendium Specification R4.2).
