[Announcements] Kernel 1.1.0-beta02 released

Kernel 1.1.0-beta02 has now been released. This is a technology preview
release aimed at supporting the upcoming 2.7 Sakai release.

Fixes since the beta01:

Highlights include:

SSL & TLS support in the email service (KNL-253 & KNL-253)
Test harness is now in kernel (KNL-288)
