[Announcements] SMS service 0.13 and QNA 1.2 Released

The University of Cape Town and Psybergate is pleased to announce the
release of SMS service 0.12 and QNA 1.12. This release brings to Sakai
support for incoming SMS (text) messages by allowing SMS's set to Sakai
being recorded as questions or answers in the QNA tool.

This release depends on SAK-16984 in common
(http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-16984) To build against Sakai
2.6.x or 2.5.x code the profile project will need to be patched with
this code. In line with the recent 2.7 targeted framework releases this
release includes a binary tomcat overlay:

QNA 1.2
