Regarding bug #845, I'd like to warm up the discussion here:

Shouldn't lwat: /usr/share/lwat/scripts/createhomedir
also auto-create (and chmode) typical subfolders like:
- public.html
- pub
- priv?

Please tell me if you regard this worth its own bug entry.
