[Bug 1371] installation of ltspserver stops, then dhcpd fails

Reading the syslog, I belive this part indicate the error:

Notice how there are several debconf commands sent at the same time (GET
debconf/priority GET debconf/priority X_SAVE METAGET
debian-installer/ethdetect/title Description).  I have no idea what can cause
this.
